Russia supply chain 2.0
The upgrades set to transform automotive logistics
Russia's car market is set to be biggest in Europe by 2015. And the plans for the expansion of logistics are already being shaped. In fact, leaving the old obstacles behind, Russian logistics is primed for a full system upgrade.
What is happening right now in investing for this growth? This year's Automotive Logistics Russia conference will bring together key executives and officials in a unique forum in which plans are shared, knowledge is gained and key relationships are made and cemented. Now in its 7th year, the conference is the only one in this market dedicated to the all-important logistics activities. It will once again be held at the stylish Radisson Royal Hotel in central Moscow.
There, over 200 delegates will enjoy a carefully structured 2-day programme with full English/Russian simultaneous translation throughout. The programme will include open plenary sessions, break-outs on specific subjects, round-table discussions and the hugely valuable networking opportunities.
Networking kicks off with the cocktail reception on the evening before the conference opens, continues through coffee breaks and lunches, and includes the mid-conference gala dinner at which delegates go off-site to interact and relax in a sociable environment. All these opportunities are delivered with the kind of quality and flair you would expect from an Automotive Logistics event, and all are included in the single conference fee.
Significant changes made by the government over the last 24 months have shifted the future of car production for Russia back to Russia. The cities outside Moscow and St Petersburg are seeing strong growth, but their distance and the Russian climate – if nothing else – bring logistics challenges.
Now is the time to strongly engage, or re-engage, with what will become Europe's biggest car market. This conference is the place to do it, and we look forward to seeing you in Moscow.
The conference is part of the worldwide Automotive Logistics series, which in 2012 includes:
plus a conference dedicated to the outbound sector
