    Mr. Akimov graduated from Kaluga State Teachers Training University (speciality – history and socio-political disciplines), before starting his career as a history, geography and English teacher in Maloyaroslavets, Kaluga. Between 1993 and 1996, he worked in public-regional and private organizations. Since 1996, he has been working in management positions within the government. He has been Vice Governor of Kaluga region since July 2007.

    Mr. Uwe Bakosch, 52, graduated from the English University of Durban in South Africa in 1986 with a Diploma in Maritime Law. During his professional life, he has matured a strong professional experience in international transport and logistics.

    Mr. Bakosch's professional career started in 1980 at H. Schuldt Shipping Company in Hamburg. From 1984 to 1987 he worked in South Africa, first as Operations Manager at Oceanic Shipping and Trading Company (PtY), Cape Town, and later as Ship Operator at Island View Shipping, Durban.

    In 1987, Mr. Bakosch started in the VW-Group, Wolfsburg, where he held various managerial positions, including RoRo-responsibility for units transported worlwide like VW, Audi, Seat and Skoda.

    In 1996 Mr. Bakosch took the position of Director of Marketing and Sales at United European Car Carriers (UECC) in Brussels and in 1991 he was appointed Managing Director/ Marketing and Sales to open the German office in Hamburg. As from 2002 he became a member of the UECC Management Board, Oslo, responsible for marketing and sales.

    In 2004 Uwe Bakosch moved to Scandlines AG, Rostock, as Member of the Board, Managing Director of Scandlines Deutschland GmbH, as well as Scandlines Danmark AS, Copenhagen.

    In 2007 Mr. Bakosch joined Deutsche Bahn as Executive Vice President of DB Intermodal, Berlin, and as Managing Director of ATG Autotransport Logistic GmbH, Frankfurt.

    In 2009 Mr. Uwe Bakosch was appointed President/CEO of Finnlines Plc, Helsinki.

    Marc graduated with a Master's degree with honours in Economics from the University of Cologne. Before joining the industry he spent another 5 years being an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Cologne. Before joining Rolf Group, Marc was the COO of Advisory Services CEE/CIS, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and the COO of Beiersdorf CIS.

He started his career in 1993, working for Huurre Group OY, before moving to Komatsu CIS in 1998. In 2006, he joined Nissan Motor Russia, where he currently works.

    Jean-Philippe joined the industrial flow engineering department in Renault in 1989, where he worked on internal flow organisation. In 1997, he became production control manager at the Flins plant, and in 2000, stamping shop production manager. In 2004, he moved to the Le Mans Plant in a similar role. Since March 2008, Jean-Philippe has been Renault Russia Supply Chain Director, based in Moscow.

    Wilhelmina is an expert in customs law, with extensive experience relating to customs duties and administration and the implementation of customs policy in investment activities. She advises companies on all aspects of customs regulation and the taxation of foreign trade operations.
    Wilhelmina is the deputy head of advisory counsel on customs regulation and advisory counsel on tax law of the State Duma Committee on budgets and taxes. She acts as an expert in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Eurasian Economic Society as well.

    Konstantin Skovoroda holds a law degree from the Moscow State Law Academy and he started his professional career as a lawyer. His specialisation is in financial law.
    In 2003 Skovoroda took up his first director's position as the Deputy to the General Director at Trans Logistic Consult. Since 2007 he has held the position of General Director of the RTL Group, operating in the logistics industry.

    With his naval background, Svein Steimler started his shipping career in 1975. He has since held senior positions in various shipping companies in Europe and has been involved with most aspects of the shipping industry. In 1996 he was appointed Executive Vice President of NYK Bulkship (Europe) Ltd with main responsibility for building NYK's RORO business in Europe.
    Mr. Steimler is currently a Board member and the Executive Vice President and COO for NYK Group Europe Ltd (NGE), which is NYK's European head quarters with its offices located in London. NGE is responsible for RORO, Liner and Logistics operations in Europe.

Since that time she has been occupied with the automotive logistics sector in the Russian market. For more than 8 years she worked for one of the biggest LSPs on the Russian market occupying positions from Logistics Manager up to General Director. In March 2008, she was appointed Logistics Director for LLC MAN Avtomobili Rossiya.

    Between 1984 and 1991, Christian Zbylut was Director of the Munich depot and then International Director at Heppner (freight forwarding). He also worked in the freight division of Eurotunnel prior to joining Ducros as sales and marketing vice-president.
    He then joined CHEP France as Chairman and Managing Director and moved to GEFCO in October 2001. Zbylut took up his current post in October 2007.
